Meet Gabriel. I buy fish from him every week. He is a Fresh Fish Fillet Master.

This is his nephew holding up my fresh caught fish that eventually became my dinner:

I had my pick of the most juicy plump fish fillet’s of my entire life all for $3.50 total.

They were absolutely delicious for dinner!

I’ll be posting more information on other delicious food and recipes from Ecuador,  Americans living in Ecuador, retiring in South America,  South America attractions,  traveling South America, where to visit in South America and other great travel adventure opportunities  in my future blogs.
